Welcome to The Duxie Franklin Bandstand Show! Featuring a bangin’ line-up of Melbourne bands for a foot-stompin’, toe-tappin’ night of music. Duxie Franklin and her Long Lost Texan Uncles headline the night, bringing you all the favourites - ‘Watch Your Soul Sink’, ‘Lucky Charm’ and ‘Get a Real Job’ among them. St. Emerald, an indie-rock four-piece, provide support fresh off the release of their newest single, ‘Familiar State’. Finally, opening act, alt-pop duo, Ironess, bring their gorgeous blend of male-female vocal harmonies and guitar balladry.

Matt Cynner brings a monthly line-up of local singer-songwriter talent at Mr. Boogie Man Bar. This month, the line-up is Misty Henderson, Duxie Franklin and Zakk Shepherd. Tickets are only $10 on the door.

Headliner, Misha Bear, is supported by fellow female singer-songwriters, Duxie Franklin, Hilda Green and BeNice at The Workers Club for a matinee show.

Duxie Franklin and her vagabond band of Long Lost Texan Uncles will finally take to the stage at The Thornbury Local after a COVID-induced cancellation earlier this year. Expect to hear all the EP favourites - ‘Get a Real Job’, ‘Watch Your Soul Sink’ and ‘Ocean City’ - as well as new material that Duxie has been working on with the band. Duxie’s trademark flamboyant get-up and infectious personality will ensure entertainment and enchantment for all.

Every Saturday in March and April, the lawns of Arcobar will play host to a series of talented local singer-songwriters. With free entry, no bookings required and restaurant food and drinks available from Arcobar, this is a great afternoon of entertainment for the whole family. Supported by the City of Kingston.
